At Say Kee Kreations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or need to return an item, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below for details on how to proceed.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Also, only if your item is spelled wrong and(or) proven that it’s not what you order.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at saykeekreations@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide Details: Clearly explain the reason for the return and provide your order number for reference.
  3. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if necessary.
  4. Pack and Ship: Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us as instructed.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
